Nahomi's art
This drawing is done by Nahomi, the women who we focused on in the second project of Looking at the world. I wanted to use it as evidence for two reasons. On one hand, I can relate it with a piece of advice that teacher Elena Ritondale gave us in her classroom. She said that we should promote the participation of the person with who we are working. This is to say, make him or her one more member of the group. I really liked this advice, because from childhood, when we did interviews or work involving someone outside of the group, the person wasn’t given much importance. On the other hand, more related to globalization, it has made me think that without this possibility if it were not for this immigration, I would never have met Nahomi, where currently I can say that she is a great friend and we have been able to exchange many things with our cultures.
