Welcome to my blog!

Transcription:

I could define it as a trip, an adventure, or a biography through my own learning. Many things have happened since we started our first university year and with this beginning, my perception of the world has changed too. I have traveled without doing it. I have traveled through day by day, becoming aware of what is happening around me. Observing, feeling, and going further away. I do not want to explain this project as a personal diary, but I would like to show as a subject that it has been able to contribute to my day to day.

Currently, we are living in a serious situation such as social and health alarm. We switch on the news, networks and we only see the word ‘COVID-19’’. During the confinement, I have been wondering myself about everything that has happened around me. Questioning the news, social networks, newspapers, etc. From everything I saw, concepts, and discussions that we had learned in Looking at the world’s class, keep on my mind. In my honest opinion, being able to see what we have learned new in our day to day is one of the most beautiful things in the learning’s world.

So, I wanted to base this blog and question the world’s globalization. But first of all, How can we define as globalization? Globalization is an economic, technological, political, social, and cultural process on a world scale that consists of increasing communication and interdependence between the different countries of the world.

Many of us know that thanks to this globalization we have been able to travel, meet other cultures different from ours, fill ourselves, understand the world. But, Does this fact make us more or less human? What is the negative part of globalization? If we bought local products, from our farmers and in small trade, would have the coronavirus really spread so much? And what about the issue of migrants in times of global pandemic, it still continuing or it has stopped?

Through this blog I want to demonstrate my reflections on the main theme called ‘Globalization, can it be a destructive weapon for humanity?’. I would relate it between the three quarters that we have worked. Welcome to my blog, where we can see evidence or reflections of my day to day.
