Morning Milk

                      

After reading the text titled ¿Quién controls Nuestra alimentación?, I could view the problem that causes the ailment transport of distinct points in the world to our dishes due to the globalization, and sincerely, I have never thought where can come to the aliments which I buy and eat. One morning, I was preparing my white coffee that I usually take, and then I saw that that milk was from Catalan farms and does not contribute too much to the pollution that provokes the transport (already was for a ship, plane, etc.) of ailments. At the photos,  we can observe that they mention his Catalan farms and have a hashtag saying “Aprop” remarking the proximity of the product. This is an example of a proximity product, avoiding the globalization fact of aliments.
